Download and apply the Suppression List before mailing, include opt-out links and comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.
No ads on online auction platforms such as eBay or Amazon, and no links in chat rooms or bulletin boards without written agreement.
Do not imitate offer websites or imply that your media is endorsed by AD4REV or its clients.
Publish a lawful privacy policy and the offer terms to end users before collecting any personal information.
Your media must not contain illegal, harmful, obscene or discriminatory material.

Can I run my own affiliate network?
Yes, under the Affiliate Network Campaigns rules in our Terms: you stay responsible for the sub-affiliates you bring and must make them accept the agreement.
